  • Prepare yourself for the perfect combination of off road performance and on road handling. This 4" TJ system offers dramatic improvement in both ground clearance as well as wheel travel. The new massive lower control arms drastically increase the strength over stock, are formed to clear the mount for more wheel travel and correct front alignment. These arms feature rubber bushings to absorb the road and offer a degree of flexibility. This system comes with a transfer case drop as well as rear pinion cam locks that rotate the rear pinion for proper driveline angles. With 4" of lift, you can clear those 33's with room to twist as well as use your Jeep for a daily driver.

  • This Zone Offroad 4" suspension lift kit fits 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ's. There is a slight change to transfer case drop hardware so make the appropriate year selection for your vehicle. For a complete list of compatible applications click the vehicle fitment tab.

  • Four new Zone coils are included that are capable of being fully smashed down and they will always come back to their original height.
  • Front and rear extended sway bar links are included. These links come with urethane bushings to increase performance and reduce body roll.
  • A rear track bar relocation system is included to perfectly center the axle under your TJ.
  • A minimal transfer case drop is supplied to correct the driveline angle while maintaining as much ground clearance as possible.
  • 2" bump stop extensions are included to protect your vehicle while still greatly increasing wheel travel
  • Four new massive lower control arms are included.
  • New rear pinion cam plates are included to rotate the rear pinion for proper drive line angles. In most cases the stock shafts can be used.
  • The system is completed with 4 new Zone shocks that are specifically valved for your TJ to perform well both on and off road.

    Warranty

    We provide limited warranty for each brand of product we sell. Most of the brand products offer limited lifetime warranty.

    If you have a warranty issue please contact us in order to get it processed. Typically we charge for a replacement shock to be shipped out and once you install it and ship them bad shock bad and if we find it to be defective we issue a refund for the replacement shock that was sent. Minor oil leak in the shock is usually not considered a warranty issue.

    Returns

    We will not give a refund on any parts that have not been pre-approved. We require that you contact us by email or through eBay return process (if it is a whole order that needs to be returned) for a RA# number & instructions prior to returning any parts.

    RA must be requested up to 30 days after the item is delivered. Any RA requested after the 30 day cutoff will be declined. Item cannot be installed or attempted to be installed, and must be returned in perfect sellable condition in order to receive the full credit. Item must be received by us up to 30 days after the RMA is requested.

    Incorrect/damaged merchandise MUST be reported 3 days after receiving the item. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the returned item. All return merchandise must be insured for/or greater than the original purchase price at customer's price to cover the entire contents of the products and packaging. Products damaged during the return ship process back to the shipping warehouse are the full responsibility of the customer and the shipping company in which the customer chooses.

    Any and all return requests will be handled at the discretion of Dvinternational company.

    Cancellations

    All orders that are canceled before the package has been processed for shipment are subject to a cancellation fee of $20.00 or 5% whichever is greater.

    Orders that are canceled after they are processed and packaged for shipment will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

    Packages that are refused at the time of delivery will be charged a 15% restocking fee and all return shipping fees will be deducted from return credit.

    By clicking the Place order button you are authorizing the above total to be billed to your card and the sale is final, NO CREDITS OR CHANGES CAN BE APPLIED ONCE YOUR ORDER IS CONFIRMED.

    Payment

    We accept PayPal payments, most major credit card companies Visa, MasterCard.

    All PayPal Accounts MUST have a verified shipping and billing address and we will ONLY ship to this address. International PayPal transactions will be accepted with enough proof of legitimacy of the buyer.

    All gift cards issued by a major Credit Card Company must be registered to your actual shipping address or our system will not accept them.

    Please make sure your current billing address is current with your Credit Card Company or bank prior to ordering with us.

    If your current credit card billing address does not match the address you used to place the order on our website or over the phone, a pending transaction may be posted to your account until your credit card company or bank has been notified of the declined transaction. The pending transaction may take 3-5 business days to be posted back to your account.

    Shipping

    We try our best to ship orders within 24 hours. Most in stock parts ship the same day that the order is placed if before 2PM MST. Average transit days within USA: 2-5 business days.

    We have several stocking warehouses across USA & Canada and ship products from the closest stocking warehouse to you. Fastest delivery we’ve seen was on the next day. You may even pick up from a stocking warehouse if that warehouse permits us to do so. We ship most of our orders with Fedex and UPS, but still some orders can be shiped with USPS.

    We will make no guarantees on delivery date or shipping date regardless of shipping method selected. All shipping times do not include the day of the shipment, holidays, or weekends. Our business hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm PST.

    Some or all packages we ship may require a signature at the time of delivery. FedEx will make 3 attempts to deliver your package. If on the 3rd attempt no one is available to sign for the package, it will be returned to us. You will be responsible for all return shipping to us and any charges to re-ship the package back to you.

    Attention! Shipments to apo or fpo addresses will have to be coordinated beforehand in order to calculate total shipping.

    We do take international orders and ship them from a separate warehouse which might take additional days to ship. For all international orders we use USPS: Express Mail Service.
