Two Early New Zealand Post Cards by Muir & Moodie, undivided backs, never posted but message written on each back, marked “Issued by Muir & Moodie Dunedin N.Z. from their Copyright Series of Views, one is marked “No. 62” and one is marked “No. 71”, probably early 1900’s, both have tiny corner crease to lower right, both have album marks in corners, No. 62 is titled “Government Buildings-Wellington” and has a horse drawn carriage with driver standing in front of the buildings, there are pedestrians on the sidewalk, No. 71 is titled “Auckland from Queens Wharf” and shows a steam paddle boat at the wharf with sailing ships in the far right background, building to the left has sign at top “M.N. Spargo, Gladstone Coffee Palace”, both are printed in black and white, one has interesting message “remember the lovely stick jaw toffee we made”, nice vintage views.
