For sale is a three record set by Frank Sinatra titled "Trilogy: Past Present & Future", originally released in 1980 by Reprise Records, a division of Warner Brothers Records. This record has the two tone orange labels, rich orange on top with a duller orange (tan) on the bottom, with Frank Sinatra's picture on the top left. In the dead wax between the labels and the last tracks is machine stamped an upper case "O", followed by the matrix numbers JW-1/JW-1/JW-1/JW-2/JW-1/JW-2, indicating that early stampers were used to make this record at capitol Records' pressing plant located in Jacksonville, Illinois. These are hallmarks of state-of-the-art engineering, sought after by collectors and music lovers for their superior sound quality. I bought this record set used, professionally cleaned the records on my VPI HW-17 machine and immediately put these albums into three MFSL archival inner sleeves. Doing this protects the integrity of vinyl and any original inner sleeve(s) or insert(s) that may have come with the release. The original inner sleeves are graded as Near Mint. The cover is graded as VG because of ring wear, edge rubs, a small dent with color loss on the top of the front cover, corner blunting and stress cracks along the spine. The spine has color loss in the middle due to stress cracks and color loss at the corners from blunts. The vinyl discs are visually graded as Very Good Plus because of faint surface scratches and sleeve marks. The labels on Disc Two and Three have some spindle marks, but not on Disc One. I have more Sinatra records, as well as albums of all different genres, in my Ebay store. Please take a look. They're predominately Near Mint. Thank you for viewing my listing.
I've been collecting records for about 60 years now and have always cleaned them and put them away carefully in plastic inner sleeves. Over the years I've used Dust Bugs, Disc Washers and have finally invested in a professional VPI record cleaning machine. Now that I'm retired, I'm selling my very esoteric collection. I'm not a professional grader of records, but will use record guides, as well as my personal experiences as a basis of my grading all records. Since grading is subjective, I will be conservative. I offer discounts for multiple sales. Photos are of the actual item for sale, not a stock photo. Please review all descriptions and photos because I do not accept returns. Thank you for looking at my listing.
