This is a brand new  2' X 3' polyester flag. It has two grommets in the header and four rows of stitching on the "fly" end for durability in outside wind. This is a lightweight polyester flag. These smaller flags are great for boats or the back of truck windows. The flag looks much better than this picture. I sell many types of flags on and off of ebay. Email with questions.
