I personally have been using a full set of these pans and absolutely love them. The magnetic handles lock closed with a decisive click along with the silicone seal creates low pressure cooking to lock in flavor and juices. The Fusion Ceramic interior coating makes cleaning a breeze. The induction base on both pans (top and bottom) can be used on any stove top including induction, gas and electric. 

Yes, you can flip them, personally don't often but they are designed to do so, what I LOVE is the incredible seal you can feel when the handles close. You will witness the moisture when you open the lid and truly see how much moisture and flavor is trapped in the pans while cooking. They do recommend seasoning the pans on first use and after that no butter or oils needed, I think that is because there is so much moisture on its own they additional is not needed. Healthy cooking at its best, less or no oil needed. I put them to the test with melted marshmallows to make rice crispy treats and nothing sticks... just wonderful quality pans.
