These are Official Institute of Heraldry (IOH) Authorized United States Military Regulation Medals. You are allowed to buy and own these. If you were not a recipient of this award do not wear this medal. It is a Federal Offense under the Stolen Valor Act of 2013 (Public Law 113-12 & House Resolution 258) but most of all a dishonor to those who received these awards.
