Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Saturday). 

We ship out all orders the same day of the purchase. If ordered later than 4:00 pm EST., your order will be collected and ready to ship on the next business day. 

We accept returns. You can return unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. To follow-up on the status of your return, please contact us.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

When replacing damaged and failed steering parts it is critical and important you follow the manufacturers fitting instructions and carry out wheel alignment checks in order to ensure avoid any additional issues such as excessive tire wear. Always use the correct tools when undertaking such work and ensure any nuts, bolts and accessories are tightened to the specified torques. Remember these are Safety Critical Parts and such guidelines must be followed.
