Fire Pit Flame Guard - 35.5" X 11.5" X 6"
These Wind Guard Kits are specifically crafted to protect the American Fireglass Linear Pans from wind blown flame restrictions. The Wind Guards are 6" high, ideal for gusty, windy or exposed locations.
Wind Guards are also considered a safety feature as they provide a barrier to the flames. Not only does this particularly appeal to parents, especially those with young children but it also reduces the chances of items being blown in during use or drinks being knocked over into the flames.
Size
When ordering your Wind Guard, the size refers to the footprint size of the Flame Guard. If you are purchasing a Flame Guard for use with an American Fireglass drop-in Pan, please see the chart below for compatiblity. The Flame Guard sits approximately 1.5" inches beyond the flange of the of the Pan, leaving enough space for the corresponding Fire Pit Cover/Lid to fit within. All but the smallest size has a split panel down the length of the Fire Guard.

The Wind Guards are are 6" high, constructed of clear tempered safety glass with polished edges and polished aluminum fire-resistant brackets. They are easily assembled in minutes.
