The average delivery time for Standard Shipping is: EU 3-15 days; Canada 7-25 days; the rest of the world 10-30 days.
The average delivery time for Express Shipping is: EU 1-3 business days, the rest of the world 1-6 business days.

- Important for U.S. customers: Orders to the United States are shipped exclusively via DHL Express, with an average delivery time of 1-5 business days. All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are prepaid by us (DDP shipping), so there are no additional charges upon delivery.

Please repack it carefully. Returned items will be checked and if found defective, the buyer will be shipped a new replacement item immediately, free of charge, without any additional cost of shipping. If the item is not found defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer expense.
