Genuine, original US Military issue. Never used. They were from roughly late 1980s-1990s. l pull them fresh from the original government boxes, never opened. Super rare to find in unused condition.
(No, there is no hole for your head. Wrap it around you and use ties to secure to a poncho. Poncho not included)
