Shipping
We post 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, and all items purchased before 12 noon will be posted that day. If you wish to have the item guaranteed next working day delivery (UK only) or tracked (International), please contact us as this will be an additional cost and will be calculated on the weight and size of the order.
Domestic
Items will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class Business Post, which will usually be delivered next working day and equivalent to normal 1st class post. According to the Royal Mail website 99% of the mail arrives the next day but the balance can take up to 14 days to arrive and we will not send out replacements or refunds until the 14 day limit has passed.
International
Items will be sent by Royal Mail small packets and can take up to 21 days to arrive. No replacements or refunds will be sent until the 21 day limit has passed.
Returns Policy
The goods are to be returned in the original packaging and in original condition. A full refund excluding postage will be issued after inspection. If the goods are not in original condition we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund for any resulting loss in resale value.
