Please note that on our range of motors, "Overnight" Express Post can range from $80-$200. If you require a motor urgently, please get in contact with our team so we can price this for you.

In the unlikely event that a return is requested, returns must include all original items undamaged (including batteries, clips or instruction manuals).

The buyer is responsible for postage costs incurred in returning products unless Wholesale Garage has posted the wrong item. A return authorization must be obtained before posting the item. We will not refund products that are returned damaged or missing items.

All returns are to be processed through the eBay Returns Centre. Please contact us through eBay messages and we can walk you through on how to open a Returns Case.

GENUINE (OEM) REMOTE CONTROLS / REPLACEMENT CAR KEYS

All original remote controls come with a 1-year warranty, covering the remote control from manufacturer fault. Damage incurred from water, dropping, sun damage, rusting or other external factors that the manufacturer is not responsible for are not covered.

AUTO OPENERS "AO" REMOTE CONTROLS

Auto Openers AO remote controls come with a 2-year warranty, covering the remote control from manufacturer fault. Damage incurred from water, dropping, sun damage, rusting or other external factors that the manufacturer is not responsible for are not covered.

AUTO OPENERS GARAGE DOOR OPENERS - REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

Auto Openers is the only manufacturer in Australia to offer a DIY installation supported warranty. If your opener develops a fault we will attempt to fix it over the phone. If we cannot fix it over the phone, you will send the powerhead back to Wholesale Garage at your cost.

We then liaise with Auto Openers to fix the unit with parts we have in stock. We then send the motor back to you at our cost. This is several weeks faster than other manufacturers and one of the reasons why we always recommend Auto Openers motors over every other brand. It's easier for us, but more importantly, quicker for you.

ATA / B&D GARAGE DOOR & GATE OPENERS - 2024 Warranty Update

All B&D garage door motors come with a 7-year warranty.

To keep your 7-year warranty valid, you are required to service the opener 12 months after installation, then once every 2 years thereafter. The service work also needs to be completed by either B&D or a B&D Representative. This is normally an Accredited Dealer.

ATA motor warranty lengths vary.

The Tempo, Synchro and GDO-6v4 have a 7-year warranty.

The GDO-11 and GDO-6v3 have a 5-year warranty.

All others have a 2-year warranty.

To keep your warranty valid, you are required to service the opener 12 months after installation, then once every 2 years thereafter.

All B&D & ATA motors are sold under a Back-to-Base warranty. In the event a warranty claim is required within your warranted period, the unit will need to be removed from your door and sent back to Wholesale Garage at your cost. We will then proceed to process your warranty with ATA (they also manage B&D warranties).

Depending on wait times, this can be up to 1 month whilst we wait for the motor to be inspected. When we receive the opener back, we will then send the motor back to you at our cost either repaired or replaced (which is at ATA's discretion).

In the event a motor has a non warrantable fault (water ingress, dropped, etc), we will contact you on how you wish to proceed.

MERLIN / GRIFCO GARAGE DOOR OPENERS - 2024 Warranty Update

Merlin motor warranty lengths vary.

The MR855MYQ, MJ3800MYQ, MS125MYQ and MS105MYQ have a 7-year warranty.

The MR655MYQ and MS65MYQ have a 5-year warranty.

The MR550MYQ has a 3-year warranty.

The LR-Drive has a 2-year warranty.

All motors are sold under a Back-to-Base warranty. In the event a warranty claim is required within your warranted period, the unit will need to be removed from your door and sent back to Wholesale Garage at your cost. We will then proceed to process your warranty with Merlin.

Depending on wait times, this can be up to 1 month whilst we wait for the motor to be inspected. When we receive the opener back, we will then send the motor back to you at our cost either repaired or replaced (which is at Merlin's discretion).

In the event a motor has a non warrantable fault (water ingress, dropped, etc), we will contact you on how you wish to proceed.
