PROCESSING

Please allow up to 24 business hours for your order to be processed upon the completion of your payment. We do not usually work on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. We do not refer to those days as business hours! 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Import fees for foreign orders are not paid for by the seller!! INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ALWAYS PAY FOR SHIPPING!!

SIZING

When available, we post sizing information that is supplied by the manufacturer. A prefect is a matter of personal preference.. Therefore, we do not guarantee shoes will fit as you like.

SHIPPING

We ship only to the address you send to us with your payment.  Please do not email us separately or add a note to the payment requesting that an item ship to an address other than the one you used at checkout. Paypal and Ebay allow buyers to add unlimited different shipping addresses to their account. 

We do not expedite shipping; please do not send a message asking for quicker shipping method. Delivery usually takes about 2-5 business days (in the US). Please be patient during the holidays, and weekends as nothing gets processed to ship during those times!

RETURN POLICY

We hope you are pleased with your purchase, but if you are not you have 30 days from the original purchase of your item to process a return. Returns are only accepted if the item is still in its original condition. All tags must be intact, and shoes must be in the original Shoe box.  If you send back an item that is used the item will be refused and returned at your expense. Buyers pay for the return shipping, and no shipping costs are refunded.
