Looks very old horse Windchime. Could be home made not sure. Not sure of its age. I would say old. I'm selling it as is as found. The was hanging outside a barn here in Iowa on a horse ranch. Please let the pictures be your description and condition. Very neat piece if your into horse memorabilia. I have never seen one like it. It measures roughly 10.5 inches wide and 11 inches tall at the top of the horses ears.
