It has NO exhaust cutouts.The customer can cut out base on their exhaust. This fender features a recessed license plate mount. The fender comes in gel coat finish. You can use all your stock detachable hardware items, such as your backrest, sissy bar, luggage rack, or Tour Pak. We put extra care into our finishes. We go above and beyond by putting more time, money, effort and care into making sure your product comes out nice and easy for your painter. Our fenders are tough and made with heavy duty material.
