These aesthetic imperfections do not affect the bricks' structural integrity or performance in high-temperature applications. The manufacturers note that such marks are a result of the natural firing and cooling process and the inherent properties of the clay material.

Unfortunately
we are unable to offer any warranty or guarantee with this product. Full
fitting instructions are provided with your purchase which you should read
carefully. Heat Resistant Glass will break like any normal glass if fitted
incorrectly. We recommend that you replace the rope seal/gasket between your
glass and door when fitting the glass; do not use fire cement and do not over
tighten the retaining screws.
