Sizing

Due to the nature of how packaging products are manufactured, a slight discrepancy of the actual size to the advertised size / weight may occur due to the automation process which takes place creating the products

Please message us via eBay messaging before placing your order so we can provide you with the surcharge cost as this will depend on the location, size and weight of your order. Failure to message us will result in your order being placed on hold and a member of staff messaging you requesting for the surcharge.

VAT Invoices

We are a VAT registered business and supply VAT invoices electronically once requested via eBay messaging. Your request will not be fulfilled if an eBay note is left during checkout.

Due to the way our products are fulfilled and to protect the environment, we have opted not to supply paper invoices.

Payment Policy

We only accept PayPal accounts with a confirmed address. We cannot accept personal or business cheques with apologies.

Shipping Policy

Items with payment received by 09:30am of the working day will be shipped out on the same day by Royal Mail OR other established courier service depending on the size and weight of the order.

If your item has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact us to resolve the issue before leaving any feedback.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with the product, we will issue a full refund (including P&P) upon receipt of the returned within 14 days after item received.
