This is an NOS set of four (4) Dzus fasteners. These are the little clips that mount in the dash. They are for the special gauge panel screws (Dzus retainer) to mount into.  These are always missing rusted out or broken. These are original NOS 1950's surplus. They have some storage wear but are very usable and new.  These are very hard to find originals.   QTM parts
