Bags are dispatched usually within 3-4 working day but as this is a personalised item it can take up to 7 working days.

Our Customers are very important to us! As we have been in business for over 20 years we understand what you' the customer' expects.

RETURNS

As the item is personalised they are exempt from the refund policy unless the item is damaged on arrival. You are responsible for checking the spelling of any personalisation, if the mistake is down to us we will happily replace the item. Buyers must inform us of returns within 7 days of receipt and return within 14 days. Buyer pays return postage unless it is clear that we have inaccurately described item.
