If you have bought from Rooster Teeth before, then you know how careless they pack and ship their products: no protection, no individual bubble wrap, no double box! The item literally get toss around inside the shipping package. Thus, most RWBY boxes don't arrive in 100% perfect condition. Chances are high to receive a RWBY box with tiny scratches and scuffle marks, which are not really noticeable, unless you scrutinize it with careful inspection. I try my best to give a detailed description of the condition. So far, I have never had an unhappy customer, but I just want to disclose this issue with Rooster Teeth.

All of my packages are shipped Priority Mail only. Most sellers choose First Class Mail to save on shipping cost to attract buyers, but be aware! Priority Mail ships faster and offers tracking number and insurance up to $100, which covers any damages caused during shipping. First Class Mail doesn't offer all those benefits. It's for your protection.
I carefully pack the merchandise to ensure that it will arrive without any dings, scratches, and dent, unless stated in the item description. I have bought many Funko POP on eBay where sellers didn't spend the extra effort and money of packing them well and it arrived with small dings, scratches, and other damages. I wished at that time that those sellers would had packed the item with proper protection, so it would come as listed.
