Renaissance Dinner and Luncheon Flatware Set 800 Silver 1890 Bruckmann

German 800 silver flatware set, 96 pieces dinner and luncheon size, amazing Renaissance Revival example, BRUCKMANN & SÖHNE - Heilbronn, c.1890. Founded in 1806. The firm trained its own designers, silversmiths, chasers and engravers. The set also has French import marks. 

 This beautiful set consists of: 12 Dinner Knives 10 1/4" long, 12 Dinner Forks 8 1/4" long, 12 Luncheon Knives 8 3/4" long, 12 Luncheon Forks 7 1/4" long, 12 Table or Serving Spoons 8 3/8" long, 12 Dessert Spoons 7 1/4" long, 12 Teaspoons 5 3/4" long, 12 Demitasse Spoons 4 1/2" long, Total silver weight is 3,664 grams or 118 ozs Troy, excluding knives, each piece in this set is monogrammed LR. 

The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing. 

The excellent original condition and clear, crisp detail, with no removals, repairs or alterations, make this an especially attractive offering.

All items are carefully packed and insured, with no handling or packing fees, ever. Please do not attempt to return an item due to shipping damage. Should it occur in spite of our careful packaging, this must be handled through the shipping agent with an insurance claim. We will be happy to assist in this. Always be sure to retain all original packaging if a claim is to be made as the shipping agent may request to examine it. That being said, in over 10 years of internet shipping, we have had only one damage claim. Shipping is usually done within 24 hours of the receipt of a cleared payment.
