Item Description: Vintage 1789 Adderley fine bone china Tea Cup with petite pink and yellow roses. Pattern H438, may also be a pattern named "Gilding"

Size: The bowl of the cup is 3-1/2" in diameter. The base is 1-7/8" in diameter. And the cup stands 2-3/4" tall.

Condition: Beautiful vintage condition. No chips or cracks. Please review photos. Part of a tea cup collection and not used for tea.

Shipping: We try to ship an item within 24 hours, but no later than 3 business days after payment is received. We pack well to ensure your item will arrive safely. Most all items are shipped using USPS and will have a tracking number posted for you to follow the package in route.

Shipping costs on most items is “free”. When an item is unusually heavy or large, and if a shipping cost is listed, the cost will be calculated based on USPS Priority / First Class, USPS Flat Rate or USPS Ground shipping.

At this time, our items can only be sent within the United States.

Terms of Sale: The items we sell are one-of-a-kind, or unique, or collectible. Therefore all our items are sold as-is and may have natural imperfections, manufacturing anomalies, tool marks, and varying natural or artistic styles. The item pictured in any one of our listings is the exact item we will ship.

It is our policy to describe any known item alterations, repairs, cracks, dents, etc. although it is not always possible to describe every imperfection an item has. Pictures are taken with the utmost care to show our items in great detail, although it is not always possible to show every angle of an item. We try to give our customers a good feel for what they are buying as some items can look different under varying lighting and very often items look better in person. If uncertain about any item specifics, it is the buyer's responsibility to ask before bidding or buying.

We confess that we are not experts in any collecting field and are using more general terms and standards in referring to the items for sale and we try to accurately assess the condition of each item.  However, our idea of "great condition" may not be your idea of great condition so please be sure to ask any questions you may have before the end of the auction.

Dimensions provided have a +/- 5% accuracy deviation, and can differ based on orientation of the item. Weight provided has a +/- 5% accuracy deviation.

Returns: Returns for a refund are accepted only for items in original condition, original packaging, and returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping for a returned item unless the item is damaged upon arrival to the buyer.

If the reason for a return is a damaged item, it is the buyer's responsibility to provide us pictures of the unpacked box, box contents, and any visible damage to the item within 5 days of delivery receipt in order for the return to be accepted and for us to pay for the return shipping. Items damaged upon arrival to the buyer and not reported to us within 5 days of receipt will not be accepted for a return.

If a return is authorized, the buyer must ship the item back to us within 5 business days of the requesting the return. Returns not initiated within 5 business days of the return request will result in a void return. Returns must include a tracking number from USPS, UPS or FedEx. Refunds will be processed no later than 5 business days from receipt of the returned item.

By bidding or buying, the buyer agrees to the terms of sale, as well as the payment and shipping requirements. If unsure about any terms of sale, it is the buyer's responsibility to ask before bidding or buying.
