Terms and Conditions:

• I guarantee the item(s) to be as described above.
• By bidding on the item(s) you acknowledge that your bid is a legally binding contract and you have the ability and resolve to complete this transaction. You also acknowledge and accept that no refunds or support will be provided for any item(s) unless otherwise stated on auction description!
• Winning Bidder must respond within 24 hrs. of notification by email that they are the winning bidder, or Seller has the option of offering item(s) to other bidders or re-posting.
• Payment is due as soon as practical after close of auction, but in no case longer than 2 days after notification. If payment is not received within 2 days, Item(s) will be re-posted and a request for reimbursement of auction fees will be submitted.
• If  loss or damage occurs to item(s) during shipment, it is BIDDERS responsibility to insure the merchandise at his/her desired value. The choice of carrier indicated above, if any, is arbitrary and based solely on Sellers best estimate of most economical method. At Bidders request and expense, Seller will insure the shipment per Bidders instructions, or use an alternate shipping method of Bidders choice. Seller has no obligation for shipments which are lost or damaged, but whenever possible will cooperate to help Bidder obtain reimbursement or compensation for their loss from the carrier.
• Seller reserves the right not to sell to bidders with negative or hidden feedback; or in the event of auction system, server, or other  anomalies which occur during the auction and which in Sellers opinion materially affect the bidding process.
