All of the computer parts on my store were purchased from a liquidation sale of an electronics store.  I have no way to test many of these items, so I am selling them as used/parts, but I would guess that most of them were never used.  The majority of the contents from this sale were new old stock, and most of these computer parts appear to be in mint or near mint condition, showing only signs of sitting on the shelves for years(collecting dust, minor scratching).
