Q: Why doesn’t U8 PRO appear as a device on my computer?
A: U8 PRO is not a standalone USB device. It works like a USB interface module, similar to a cable. So it will not appear in your computer’s device list. 

Q: What should I do if my audio device is not working with U8 PRO?
A: Please check if the isolator is functioning by testing with a USB drive or mouse. If they work, please check your system drivers for external devices (e.g., sound cards). If the issue persists, please contact us for further assistance.

Q: When do I need to use external power for the U8 PRO?
A: The built-in 5V/200mA isolation power supply can support most common devices. For high-power devices, preparing an external 5V DC power supply is recommended.

Q: Can Type-A and Type-C outputs be used simultaneously?
A: No, the U8 PRO can only output through one USB port at a time, either Type-A or Type-C.
