Mickey dressed as Santa standing in the middle of a yellow star holding aloft a gift with his left hand and grasping Santa's Bag of goodies in his right. On the left of Mickey it says "Christmastime in the City" and on the right is says "Downtown Disney" At the bottom just under Mickey's feet it says "2001" on a green banner.
