Assembly Instructions:
  1. Inflate the Balloon:
    Use a balloon pump for best results and safety.
    If using your mouth, blow gently — confetti may blow back.
  2. Secure to Cup Holder:
    • Twist balloon neck 2–3 times.
    • Insert into the first slot, wrap through the second, twist twice, and secure back through the slot.
  3. Activate Confetti:
    • Shake the balloon gently.
    • Rub against clothing to create static and stick confetti inside the balloon.
  4. Final Touches:
    • Insert balloon stick into cup holder.
    • Slide straw over stick.
    • Use sticky dot to attach ribbon to straw.
