Shipping Details
Orders ship within 1 business day of full payment.
Parcel orders under 90 lbs can ship the same day if paid before 3p ET, M-F.
Freight orders 90-3000 lbs (palletized freight) ship within one business day of full payment.
If liftgate is required for palletized freight, there may be extra shipping fees.
You may arrange shipping yourself. Please provide ALL the necessary paperwork already filled out 1 business day ahead of pickup.
International Shipping (Outside the U.S.)
Buyers shiping outside the US are responsible for all duties, customs and taxes.
We recommend DHL or UPS Worldwide for parcel. We have found USPS International unreliable and untraceable, sometimes taking many weeks to deliver.
Ship via USPS international at your own risk: if your package is lost or damaged you will not receive money back.
If you choose UPS International shipping, your item(s) may ship via DHL. DHL is faster and more reliable than UPS.
We can ship on your UPS, FedEx or DHL import account.
Buyer may arrange shipping if desired. You will need to fill out all the necessary paperwork and get it to us prior to pickup.
