Supertech Performance has released newly developed rods that are manufactured from a high tensile strength 4340 alloy, offering excellent wear and fatigue resistance in optimal conditions. Supertech rods feature an H-beam design and come with ARP 2000 bolts capable of achieving a clamp load of 220,000 psi. All  rods are design in house, using the latest cad and FEA software to ensure the highest quality rods on the market.

Supertech Pistons are manufactured from Extruded High Silicon, Enhanced 4032 Alloy (with additional Cu, Ni & Mg) that has low thermal expansion, Excellent wear resistance and higher thermal conductivity. Our pistons with this alloy have withstood up to 42psi of boost, on alcohol, without any problems. 

Several heat treatments provide the piston with a high tensile strength and evenly distributed hardness. The pistons are machined in several steps in specially designed machines and in conventional CNC Machines with special diamond tools for dimensional precision, perpendicularity and flatness of the ring grooves. 
Contact reduction grooves are standard. 
Pin bores are honed and reamed for a precise fit. 
Wrist pins are constructed of Cold Extruded Chrome Moly Steel for high strength and secured with wire clip locks.
Piston Rings are manufactured in Japan with the latest technology for high performance applications.
Finally our "Phosphate Dry Lubricant Coating" is applied to protect the rings against "Micro Welding" and enhance lubricity in the Skirt / Cylinder area. Quality Control is performed after every step of the manufacturing process in a climate controlled environment to ensure reliability of dimensions.
