All orders are shipped within 1 business day of receiving full payment

orders shipped via pallet, the freight company will contact you to
organise a suitable delivery date as you will need to be there to unload
the goods and sign for delivery
Returns and exchange
We accept returns and exchange on all items
Full refund will be provided if the item comes back undamaged and unopened. Restocking fees may apply
It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the goods
If the item is delivered damaged, we need to be advised within 2 days, with pictures of the damage(s)
