Shipping:

  1. We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.
  2. Items are generally shipped out the next business day after your payment has been cleared (Saturday & Sunday excluded.)
  3. Orders from the United States will all be shipped out via USPS. The shipment usually takes 2-5 business days(Saturday and Sunday excluded), if you need the item urgently, please contact us for detail before purchase. (please note delays can happen by the shipping company which is out of our control - weather, missing a connection etc)
  4. Local pick up is not available      

 

 

Payment / Return Instructions:

  2. New York State sales tax applies to items to items shipped within NY State.
  3. Tracking information is supplied upon shipping at no additional cost.
  4. Returns are accepted within 30 days. Items must be in there original unopened factory sealed box. 
  5. Restock charge of 15% and the freight to you will apply to all returns.
