All mattresses are compressed using roller presses with over 10,000 lbs per square foot. The compressed mattresses are than folded and rolled for vacuum packing using state of the art technology.

It is so important to unpack your mattress to allow it to unfold and leave for 48 hours for it to expand fully. It is not designed to be refolded once expanded and therefore please ensure you have purchased the correct size mattress as returns MAY not be accepted

Whilst the vast majority of foam mattresses will expand exactly to the height in inches that is advertised, due to the nature of foam mattresses there is a small chanced your mattress may have a slight variance to what you expect.

You may experience a faint "off-gas"smell, but as we use CertiPUR certified foam please be assured that this is not from any chemicals but rather from fresh new foams being vaccuum packed. Once opened this smell should dissipate fairly quickly
