Excellent condition - unworn since the lenses were fitted.
Not sure of current prescription - possibly a tinted reading lens.
Come with case and cloth.
PLEASE NOTE - All frames come with the current prescription lenses which I would expect the buyer to to replace. I am unable to guarantee the strength or condition of the lenses - only the frames.
