        FedEx/UPS does NOT deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address during checkout
        Orders made on Sundays or on holidays will be processed on the following business day
      • Orders before 11:AM-EST will ship out the same day. Orders after 11:AM-EST will either ship out same day or following business day

    Returns/Exchange

    • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery for any damages 

    • Couriers only accept claims within 14 business days from the delivery date

    • If your order is lost/damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. 

    • If your purchased item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately and provide us with photos of the damaged glass and the inner/outer packaging.
