DIRECTIONS

  • Fire boiler up to temperature for at least 15 minutes to ensure complete vaporisation of SOOT BREAKER, then switch off 
  • Introduce SOOT BREAKER tube as far as possible into combustion chamber, either through sight glass, entry port or fire door.
  • Restart boiler continuously for a minimum of 15 minutes and then, when cooled down, simply brush or vacuum loosened scale.

DOSAGE

  • Boilers up to 100,000 Btu: 1 tube
  • Boilers up to 200,000 Btu: 2 tubes
  • Boilers above 200,000 Btu: 2 tubes + 1 tube for every extra 250,000 Btu.
