PROCESSING

Please allow up to 24 business hours for your order to be processed upon the completion of your payment. We do not usually work on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays so those are not considered business hours. Import fees for foreign orders are not paid for by the seller! FOREIGN ORDERS ALWAYS PAY FOR SHIPPING! Sales Tax is only charged to those living in Ohio!

SIZING

When available, we post sizing information that is supplied by the manufacturer. We DO NOT guarantee fit as a perfect fit is a matter of personal preference. We are unable to supply any additional sizing information.

SHIPPING

We ship using UPS, and USPS, our discretion. 

We ship only to the address you send to us with your payment.  Please do not email us separately or add a note to the payment requesting that an item ship to an address other than the one you used at checkout.  Paypal and Ebay allow buyers to add unlimited different shipping addresses to their account. 

RETURN POLICY

We hope you are pleased with your purchase but if you are not you have 14 days from the original purchase of your item to process a return. Returns are only accepted if the item is still in its original condition. All tags must be intact and shoes must be in the original box.  If you send back an item that is used the item will be refused and returned at your expense. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Email us through ebay for return shipping address.
