Every refurbished TREBLAB product you purchase directly from our official Productech Store have a 90-day warranty and can be replaced only once within the warranty period. 


THE WARRANTY PERIOD begins on the date of purchase.


If the product is determined to be defective, Productech Corporation will replace the product or its defective parts (with new or refurbished product) or refund your purchase.

If you experience any issues with your Productech Corporation product, please contact us and our Customer Care Agents will help you.

Productech Corporation undertakes the product replacement if:

  • the product doesn’t work or is defective due to improper materials or workmanship;
  • the product doesn’t match the description of the photos;
  • the product arrived with missing parts or accessories;
  • the product arrived damaged;
  • you received a wrong item.


The following cases are not covered by the DICTOPRO warranty:

  • purchase of the product from unauthorised persons or shopping channels;
  • minor faults in the quality of a product which do not affect the product’s value or technical condition;
  • sound characteristics (sound is a subjective matter and is not warranted);
  • faults resulting from improper use (e.g. mechanical damage, incorrect operating voltage, improper use); the proper use conditions are stated in the user's manual;
  • damages or defects caused by normal wear and tear (scratches, attritions, abrasions etc.), extreme temperature or humidity;
  • faults resulting from accidental or intended damage;
  • any modification of DICTOPRO products made by you or a third party;
  • product loss;

If any item received from TREBLAB does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 30 days after you receive it without paying the shipping cost. For international returns, the buyer has to pay the shipping cost to return the item within 30 days. 

If the product is determined to be defective within the warranty period due to improper materials or workmanship, TREBLAB will replace the product or its defective parts or refund your purchase.

Productech Corporation only accepts returns of products purchased directly from our official eBay store. We cannot accept a return if the product was purchased from an unauthorized seller.


Note:
1) If you purchased a refurbished product initially, we will be able to provide you with a one-time replacement only within the product warranty period.
2) In case the return reason isn’t covered by the TREBLAB Warranty statements, the return delivery cost is borne by the customer.

3) If the product was purchased for US location and needs to be replaced by warranty outside the US, we will send the unit by an international shipping. However, it will be necessary to pay the shipping cost. In case the product was initially purchased for another country, we don't ask to pay for the international shipping of the replacement.


Important Return Information

1. We cannot make upgrades or downgrades of the products.

2. Refunds can be issued to the original method of payment used or to your PayPal account. Kindly note, as we are not charging payments directly, it may take some time to proceed through the marketplace payment system (or banking system).

3. Original shipping and the return label fee are not refundable. 

4. Do not use the box/package that weighs more than it's mentioned on the shipping label. If for some reason the parcel can’t be sent with pre-paid weight, be ready to pay additional postage due at a post office when sending the parcel back. Otherwise, it will be refused by the receiving post office and returned back to the sender automatically.
5. We do not provide shipping labels for international orders. Non-U.S. based returns may be subject to additional custom fees which are the responsibility of the customer.​​​

Free Standard shipping offer is limited to standard ground shipping and is valid only within Continental US. Free shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico - there will be an additional shipping charge on order shipped to these states.
