Be safe with these vehicle rear warning chevrons with Highways Maintenance as used on construction site, trailers, plant and motorway vehicles.

 They are 2400mm x 600mm in size (supplied in 2x 1200mm x 600mm boards) but can be cut down to fit as required with a saw.

Due to postal damage and expense we now only supply in 2 halves.

They have 150mm wide chevrons as in the chapter 8 regs and will fit most trucks

These are made using highly reflective engineering grade red material and fluorescent day glow yellow material applied to a 3mm thick aluminium composite board. Complete with HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE text to comply with chapter 8 regs.

So they can be pop riveted or screwed to any tail gate of a truck or trailer. Great for fitting to uneven surfaces on many tipper and bulk carriage trucks.

Chapter 8 requires high visibility rear vehicle chevron marking for vehicles stopping on
the highway for works purposes or inspections.
O5.2.3(c) states; Chevron markings comprising alternate strips of retroreflective red
material and fluorescent yellow non-retroreflective material, of not less than 150mm
width each, inclined at 45-60° to the horizontal and pointing upwards, should cover
as much of the rear-facing portion of the vehicle as possible…”
