This is a 1946-1948 Dodge dash emblem trim.  It is in decent to good driver quality for its age.  There's a fine blemish on the top center that's barely noticeable I have to move it at a specific angle in direct light to see it.  Fine scratch on the let wing.  Otherwise not to bad of shape for its age it work great for a driver.
