Shipping & Handling 

  • Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days through UPS Ground, FedEx, or USPS, typically with a transit time of 3-5 business days.

  • If an order is placed on a Sunday or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

  • Orders that are placed before 11AM-EST will be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 11AM-EST will be shipped either on the same day or the following business day.

  • Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost. 

  • FedEx/UPS does NOT deliver to PO boxes.

  • Shipping is available to all 50 states, with an additional shipping fee for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.



Returns 

  • Please carefully inspect your order for any damage within 24 hours of delivery and promptly send us photos of any damaged glass items along with images of the inner and outer packaging. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of your claim. Please note that we cannot accept claims reported after 24 hours from the time of delivery.
