condition. If the unit fails to perform as expected, we will refund your
purchase price less shipping charges.

Shipping Information

We ship worldwide. Our
preferred shipping method is Canada Post. However, we regularly use different
carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and others for some of our international,
overseas and oversized shipments.
All shipments outside of
Canada require a contact phone number. International customers are
responsible for all custom fees, import taxes and other fees applied by their
respective countries.
Every item we ship is
insured and the insurance costs are included in the shipping price quoted.
Tracking information will
be emailed once your item has shipped.

Returns

All returns are accepted
within a delay of 14 days after you've received your items. The returned
items must be in the same condition than when it was originally shipped.
Please contact us before
returning an object.
Whenever possible and
convenient, a returned item will be replaced by an identical item instead of
issuing a refund.
We only emit
Credits/Exchange once the original product has been returned back to our
store in the same condition it was shipped, in its original packaging and has
been tested for defects.
Please note
that our warranty does not cover shipping charges to and from the customer.
