1. To save yourself time and reduce delays, fees and hassle, make sure you insert the correct delivery address and the correct product/quantity you require at the point of purchase. Please ensure a contact mobile number is provided as orders will not be processed without this.
2. Expected delivery time is 4-6 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on what items you have ordered. Please message us should you have any questions on this. Also, we are unable to place any orders on hold as per eBay terms and conditions.
3. If you are not in when delivery has been attempted there may be an extra postage charge incurred before we can resend the item. If you then refuse to have the item after deliveries have been attempted the £25 return charges will be deducted from your refund.
4. Please be aware that the courier service can only deliver your items to your front door providing that you are on the ground floor.
5. You will receive a text or email advising the delivery date and deliveries are between 7am-8pm.
6. Free postage to most areas in UK, however If you fall into the following postcodes or areas, you will need to pay postage. In the unlikely event that the postage isn't calculated at checkout please let us know

If you've changed your mind
If you have changed your mind and would like to return the item, then please send us a message via eBay within 14 days after the purchase. We can then advise on the return procedure.
Please arrange your own courier and make sure that the courier would provide you with tracking information and also cover you for the cost of any damages or loss as we would not be held liable. Once the item has been returned we will assesss the return condition.
Alternatively we can arrange collection on your behalf at a cost of £39 for single item and £78 for multiple items with an extra £15 per item that has been opened. This would cover you for any damages or loss that may occur during transit.
If the item is faulty
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty please report the fault to us within 7 working days of your order. We would require a photo or video showing the fault clearly we can then send you parts to resolve the problem as soon as possible. If the item is not repairable only then we would send a replacement immediately.
Our products are covered by a lifetime guarantee unless specified otherwise - excluding breakages of glass
If you found any damage
This will need to be reported to us within 7 working days of your purchase. We will request a picture or video to prove the item is damaged or faulty along with a part number from the instructions then we will send out the part required. If we send out the part number you request but it is not the correct one there will be a postage charge to pay for us to resend another part. All parts must be requested in the first instance if requested separately there is a postage charge.
Please do not book a plumber in advance
Our items should be installed by a specialist plumber. We strictly do not reimburse any cost/ invoice of plumber or any other costs due to delayed delivery as delivery is out of our control. So please only book a plumber after you have received the items and have checked they are of satisfactory condition.
Installations
Installations and instruction times may vary depending on the skill set of the person fitting it. We are not responsible for time taken but we can provide assistance.

Free spare parts are offered within 1 month but there is a fee if this is exceeded.
