You are looking at a Chicago Bears long sleeve shirt size YOUTH Large 14-16 by NFL Apparel. This shirt is in good pre-owned condition with no rips holes stains tears separations etc.  The decals are in excellent condition with no cracking or separations, and what appears to be factory design wear present on the left arm opening (see close up photo).  A great find for any Chicago Bears fan! Measurements are as follows:

From underarm to underarm: 17”

From underarm to bottom of shirt: 16"

From top middle to bottom hem: 24”

Sleeve from underarm out: 19"
