Duodex indexable inserts have two factory ground cutting edges When the first edge wears out, simply index the insert and use the second edge All inserts come with chip splitters for excellent chip formation.

To improve toughness and prolong tool life Madison Duodex HSS inserts are made from super premium T-15 HSS.

Using the Duodex drilling system, multiple pass drilling to produce large diameter holes is unnecessary. Use the cutter diameter for the Largest size required to cut from the solid in one operation, without center drilling or progressive drilling.
