Airmail is faster than Sal and it takes 7 to 10 days. It is comparatively safe and stable. In addition, tracking number and insurance up to 6,000 Yen are included. This shipping method is suitable for the products under 2kg after packaging.

EMS,FedEx,DHL is an expedited shipping method and it takes only 3 to 7 days(excluding customs declaration). It is the safest shipping method with high-reliability. Tracking number and insurance are included. The payment of the product will be insured in full amount if the product gets lost or damaged during transport.

We will not able to accept for you to return the item when you are not satisfied with the item. (It was different from what you thought ・It was not your taste. )

About lost ・damaged item during the transit, I will issue a refund based on the registered policy・shipping method. In this case, I will pay the shipping fee too.

If a damaged item is delivered to you, you will need to take a photo・record a movie of the damaged item and send them to me.
