You are bidding on a complete Hayward FD  H-Series Pool Heater replacement keypad kit that includes a new keypad and a custom designed cover to protect your keypad from UV and weather damage. You will need to re-use your existing Plastic Bezel.

You get everything shown in the first photo. Cover, 2 screws and a new keypad.
The panel is not painted - you can paint if desired to match your existing plastic.


All items included are new and manufactured and designed by INSYNC ENGINEERING to Military and Aerospace standards for design, material selection and reliability.

 Pictures 3 and 4 show the final installation after installation on your existing plastic.


This kit only fits the following Hayward Bezels of the shape shown in picture 2:

By heater model number:

  • universal h-series FD  low nox pool heater models:
  •  H150FDN, H150FDP, H200FDN, H200FDP, H250FDN, H250FDP
  • H300FDN, H300FDP, H350FDN, H350FDP, H400FDN, H400FDP
  • and all FD  CAL
  • Basically, if your HAYWARD heater has a "FD"  in the part number


Keypad details:
Each of these keypads has been tested for proper operation on our HAYWARD heater Test Fixture. The materials used in this replacement keypad are all rated for outdoor operation. The adhesive is also outdoor rated. The dome switches used are high reliability.
Order this if your HAYWARD Keypad has rotted out due to weathering, sun and other outdoor exposure.
Or the dome switches are sticking or do not function any more.

Or  the flex circuit has cracked at that back and does not make contact any more.
Also, If you are like me your plastic Bezel is fine to use over again .
Installation is easy: Remove your plastic bezel, carefully disconnect the existing cabling, peel off the old keypad, clean the surface of any debris from your existing plastic bezel  and paste this replacement keypad where the old one was. Put a twist in the cable before plugging it in. Plug the other connections back in, screw the bezel back in place.

Cover Details:

All aluminum metal construction. Attaches to plastic by match drilling 2 holes in your existing plastic bezel. Includes 2 self-tapping screws.
