Fenugreek Seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum) 1:3 Ratio - 500ml Tincture

Fenugreek is considered the finest herb for breast enhancement. It is also widely regarded for increasing sexual stimulation.

Directions/Dosage: Most people take around a teaspoonful of herbal tincture morning and evening, usually in a beverage. Water or cordial are fine. Fresh juices are the best choice if possible though, as the Vitamin C aids nutrient absorption and also some tinctures can be quite strong tasting and fruit juice sweetens them.

Try to avoid black tea, coffee or fizzy pop for at least half an hour before and after taking herbs, as caffeine and some additives inhibit nutrient absorption.
