Due to the nature of foam mattresses, there may be a slight variance in depth from what is advertised. This is perfectly normal.
Unpacking & Aftercare
Your mattress arrives vacuum packed, compressed, and rolled for easy delivery. Once it's in your room, here's what to do:

- Remove the packaging and allow the mattress to fully expand — we recommend leaving it for 72 hours before use
- The mattress is not designed to be refolded once expanded, so please make sure you have ordered the right size
- You may notice a faint smell when you first open the packaging — this is completely normal with vacuum-packed foam and will disappear quickly once the mattress is aired
- To extend the life of your mattress, we recommend rotating it 180° (do not flip) once a month for the first three months, then every three to six months ongoing.

Once your order has left our warehouse, it is sent on a next-day service. You will receive full tracking information so you can follow your mattress right to your door.
Additional Delivery Charge Areas
The following postcode areas will incur an additional delivery charge. Delivery to these areas also takes significantly longer than our standard timeframe. Please message us before ordering to confirm the charge and estimated lead time:

Areas We Are Unable to Deliver To
Unfortunately we are not currently able to deliver to the following postcode areas:
KW, IV, PH, PA, TR, DT, LD, ZE, IM, JE, GY, HS, AB, TQ, PL, DD, EX, TD, G63, G84, G83
This also includes offshore islands and remote locations such as the Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Jersey, and the Channel Islands. If we receive an order for any of these areas, we will issue a full refund.
- Please include an up-to-date mobile number at checkout so the courier can keep you updated
- Delivery is a ground-floor, single-person service to your door
- We would recommend holding off on disposing of your old mattress until your new one has arrived and you are happy with it
Returns & Refunds

30-Day Returns If you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to get in touch. Items need to be returned unused and in their original packaging. |
Manufacturing Faults If your mattress has a fault, please contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund — no hassle. |
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything looks damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery and we will get it sorted for you. If the item is visibly damaged on arrival, please make a note before signing for it.
A couple of things worth knowing before you order:
- For hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned once they have been slept on or used, in line with Consumer Contract Regulations — so please double-check your size before ordering
- We are unable to accept returns based on size, room fit, or firmness preference, so we always encourage customers to check measurements carefully beforehand
