This resetter is designed to reset both genuine Epson and most compatibles. This resetter is not made by Epson.


This resetter WILL NOT reset older 7 & 9 pin Epson cartridges. If you require a resetter for these then call 01578 730477 or see my other listing.

PLEASE NOTE - When resetting chips on genuine Epson cartridges you should reset your cartridges before the ink level goes below around 15% 

When resetting chips on genuine Epson T27, T27XL cartridges you will need to reset your cartridge before your printer or printer driver status monitor shows an "X" inside the the ink level icon. Any cartridge that already indicates "X" may not reset. The resetter light may turn green but it will still indicate "X" or unrecognised when re-installed. Some Compatible cartridges do not have such a sensor and can be reset when empty or at any point in between.

A resetter won't Fix a non-recognition issue.
