Packaging: The building's pieces are packaged in several plastic bags separated by color and type to facilitate construction of the set for buyers. 

Parts: Built from official LEGO^® parts - Almost all the parts are new, and in general, the parts condition can range from new to medium wear (a few scratches or marks) and please note that some parts, especially sensitive colors such as grays and white parts may have some color discrepancies.

Parts Note: Part # 2362b (20x white panels) have been updated with the part's new variation with side supports (part # 87544) and almost all are in new condition . Parts # 4132 (5x white window frames) and # 4133 (5x window pane) have been updated with the parts' new variations (parts # 60598 and # 60608)and are all new. Part # 3680 (4x light bluish gray turntable) has been replaced with the light gray colored piece
